Blackout Vapors, a leading online retailer of disposable vapes and vape products, partnered with me to scale their lifecycle marketing efforts using Klaviyo. With a high-frequency product and a loyal customer base, we focused on replenishment automation to drive recurring revenue efficiently.
Blackout’s customers repurchase often, but timing varies widely by SKU and user behavior. A standard, one-size-fits-all replenishment email was underperforming—leading to missed revenue and lack of personalization. The brand needed a smarter, more flexible solution that could scale with minimal manual effort.
I created a tiered replenishment flow, powered by real-time data from WooCommerce and Klaviyo.
Customers were segmented into three timing intervals based on their average days between orders:
Emails were triggered a few days before the midpoint of each interval—anticipating repurchase need at just the right time.
Additional profile filters ensured only repeat purchasers (2+ orders) received replenishment messages.
The content remained product-specific and urgency-driven, without requiring discounts.
